Chad Larsen, a business partner for two decades, always adheres to a high standard of integrity, both personally and professionally. As part of this industry leading duo, Chad is known for his tenacity in negotiations and his dedication to successfully closing client transactions. Chad represents the best interests of clients through advocacy and education, ensuring that they are informed about the sales process when buying or selling their homes. Prior to his career in residential real estate, Chad, a graduate of Harvard University, spent 10 years the Architecture and Construction industry.
Chad has been a proud Twin Cities resident since 1998. Over the years, he has lived in Minnetonka, the Cedar-Isles-Dean neighborhood, and Downtown Minneapolis. Prior to moving to Minnesota, Chad spent time living in both Southern California and Connecticut.
Active in the Minneapolis community, Chad currently serves as a Board Member for the Children’s Theatre Company, and spent three years as Board member and Chair of the House Committee for the Minikahda Club. His past endeavors include ten years as a member of the City of Minneapolis’ Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC), serving six years as Chairperson, as well as President of the Cedar-Isles-Dean Neighborhood Association (CIDNA), and then serving as a 4-term Board Member of The Carlyle Association, where he currently resides.
When not in the office, Chad and his wife enjoy playing golf together and attending shows at the Children’s Theatre Company, Guthrie, Ordway, and Orpheum. Living downtown, they also enjoy evening walks to local restaurants, and watching the sun rise and set across the Minneapolis skyline from their balcony.
Chad is a member of Coldwell Banker’s Society of Excellence, the highest award category within Coldwell Banker.
